Sasan Nakhshab
Sasan is a retired civil engineer, developer, and accomplished musician with a deep passion for Persian poetry and music. Born in Iran, he moved to the United States at eighteen, where he built a successful career in engineering while nurturing his love for music.
Drawing from his Iranian heritage and Western influences, Sasan has created a unique musical style that blends traditional Persian instruments, such as the dombak and Kamancheh, with rock guitar and jazz saxophone.
His compositions serve as a bridge between cultures, harmonizing classical Persian lyrics with contemporary sounds. Sasan has released multiple albums featuring some of the finest Persian poetry set to his original music, showcasing his dedication to preserving and modernizing traditional art forms.
